• Set wedding date
• Hire wedding consultant
• Set your budget
• Create guest list
• Begin researching ceremony & reception venues
• Select your bridal party
• Send out “Save the Dates” so guests can begin to plan their holiday

9 – 11 Months

• Work with wedding consultant to design layout & how you would like the day to go.
• Begin receiving quotes from wedding consultant. Be sure to stick to your budget as best as you can!
• Book florist
• Book Photographer
• Book Caterer
• Book Wedding Cake
• Book Videographer
• Book Music
• Begin to plan & book your honeymoon
• Book Accommodation & Flights

4 – 6 Months

• Mail invitations
• Bride & Groom should be starting to choose their wedding attire as well as for the bridal party
• Send design for wedding cake
• Wedding transportation for Bride, Groom & Guests

1 – 3 Months

• Plan rehearsal dinner
• Finalize flowers with florist. Food with caterers
• Discuss the wedding ceremony order with priest/minister/magistrate
• Choose reading & songs for ceremony. As well as special songs for reception

Week of – 1 Month

• Obtain marriage license
• Have final dress fitting with accessories and lingerie
• Pack for your honeymoon
• Finalize seating plans
• Rehearse ceremony
• Hold your rehearsal dinner
• Make sure all speeches and toasts are written
• Update your final guest list and confirm with wedding coordinator and caterer
